The Caffee Crema blend is a soft and enveloping mixture of fine Arabica coffee from Central America and Brazil and Robusta coffee from Africa and Asia. The beans are carefully selected and roasted over wood to achieve maximum flavor intensity and an exceptional aroma. Notes of dried fruit, tobacco and a fine chocolate flavor make this blend a mild taste experience. Due to the gentle hand roasting, it is very low in acid and easy to digest. The result is a creamy, harmonious and aromatic coffee.
This fair trade coffee was, like all our coffees, hand roasted in Sicily.
